vscsiStats VM Storage Activity latency

I recently received an Question:
How do i Check if my VM have storage latency

List all running virtual machines and their worldGroupID numbers.

vscsiStats -l
Virtual Machine worldGroupID: 1696959, Virtual Machine Display Name: testesx01, Virtual Machine Config File: /vmfs/volumes/4e8d5e25-fc94e435-4886-0026b97d9188/testesx01/testesx01.vmx, {
   Virtual SCSI Disk handleID: 8238 (scsi0:0)

Start gathering statistics for a worldGroupID .

vscsiStats -s -w 1696959
vscsiStats: Starting Vscsi stats collection for worldGroup 1696959, handleID 8238 (scsi0:0)
Success.

Print output to the console.

vscsiStats -p latency -w 1696959

Redirect output to a file.

vscsiStats -p latency -c -w 1696959 > /tmp/testesx01.csv

Stop gathering statistics.

vscsiStats -x
vscsiStats: Stopping all Vscsi stats collection for worldGroup 1696959, handleID 8238 (scsi0:0)
Success.

Reset statistics

vscsiStats -r
vscsiStats: Resetting Vscsi stats for worldGroup 1696959, handleID 8238 (scsi0:0)
Success.
